UCCE Mariposa is proud to introduce you to our newest program--the UC Master Food Preserver Program of Mariposa County with outreach to Tuolumne, Merced, Madera, and Fresno Counties! We offered our first training class in early 2022 and look forward to providing education on safe food preservation to the Central Valley and Foothill communities.

Out & About in the Community
Our first training class of Mariposa, Merced, Madera and Fresno Master Food Preservers graduated in June and our second cohort is currently being trained. Come chat with some of our newly trained Master Food Preservers at these events:
